Refund and Return Policy

Items purchased on lebedmethod.com may be returned for a full refund (excluding shipping) within 30 days of original purchase. Items purchased on lebedmethod.com cannot be returned to instructors or centers. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days in unused, like-new, 100% saleable condition. All damage and shortage claims should be made within 3 days of delivery. If damaged upon arrival you have the right to refuse the order. Call The Lebed Method for claims at 1-877-365-6014. A refund will be issued to the original credit card within 1 -2 billing cycles.

Cancellation Policy

The registration fee or deposit paid for The Lebed Method Certification Training workshop is non-refundable. If you cancel at any time after your registration fee payment or deposit has been processed, you will be issued a credit only, minus a $25.00 administrative fee, which can be applied toward a future training workshop. Credits must be used only for a future training taught by the same Trainer you originally registered with and must be used within one year of the date it was issued. If you cancel after receiving our training materials package, we will deduct a $25.00 administrative fee plus an additional $75.00 to cover the cost of materials and shipping.

Shipping Policy

All products ordered on LebedMethod.com will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail. International shipping is shipped flat rate only. You can typically expect to receive your package(s) within 2-3 business days domestically, and 7-10 business days internationally. All products are shipped from the company's business address: 14418 47th Place West, Lynnwood WA 98087 USA.
